This training is only for those who have completed Level One and wish to continue training toward certification in Restorative Storytelling

Level One

We focus on the voice and body of the storyteller, thus bringing all streams of communication into coherence.

Level Two

We explore the twelve storytelling strategies and find a custom approach that leverages strengths and looks for improvement.

Level Three

We learn how to read the room and deliver the best story to this unique listener for this particular moment and location.

Joia Wood

Joia Wood is a celebrated vocalist, multifaceted artist, educator, and creative mindfulness facilitator. She brings more than 30 years of experience with children and families as a Montessori educator and administrator, trained Music Together instructor, and Tinkergarten outdoor learning leader. She is also a VITA™-trained Intimacy and Relationships Coach specializing in Sacred Embodiment, Life Transitions, and Self-Empowerment, offering a variety of 1:1 and group containers through DanceSongStory. Becky Taylor

Becky Taylor has been working with children and families for over 20 years. She is a therapist, educator, and founder of a homeschool Co-op in San Antonio, Texas. She is currently working on her master’s in Transdisciplinary healing education and a certification in art therapy with Kairos. She is actively involved in her community, organizing festivals and teaching storytelling and art classes for children and families. She also teaches children for How to Story courses. Becky is certified in Restorative Storytelling.

David Sewell McCann

David is an old school storyteller having written and recorded over 1600 stories for Sparkle Stories and other platforms. I now teach tranformational storytelling tools and strategies to teachers, leaders and change makers. After receiving his doctorate in education, he has taught hundreds of courses, been the keynote of dozens of national conferences, and shared these tools with people across the globe. Storytelling is a process of channeling practical wisdom from something bigger than us all.
