Every one of our courses, whether it is designed for an elementary school storyteller, a teenager or an adult has a "heart" component where we use our imagination, a "head" component where we have a discussion about the tools, and a "action" component where we create something together. This approach has been refined over the years and if you read the testimonials, you'll see that we have found the right balance.

We are clear from the start that there are so many ways to tell a story and yes, that can include writing them down. But people have been telling stories much longer than they have been writing, so we encourage "out loud" storytelling, as well as drawing, sculpting, building and acting the stories out dramatically. 

We've been doing this a long time, and were actually in a position to train other educators and institutions during the COVID19 interuption to traditional live teaching. We understand how to be present and connected virtually and find ways for both the young and old to be comfortable on screen.
